SATISFACTION AND OTHER SERVICES
· Customer Satisfaction is
ensured through cultivating and maintaining a customer friendly disposition and tailoring our products and services to suit
each customer's peculiar business requirements, as well as providing prompt response to service calls.
· Training: We offer specific
super-user training, as well as other system user training courses on the operations of all systems supplied and installed
by us. We also offer generic System Administration and Trouble-shooting courses
for first-line support personnel, in addition to programming courses to the right category of persons; designed to properly
equip them adequately on using the systems installed by us. At ATTAIN, we are
reputed for the high-standard and quality training that we give to our customers/system users.
· Maintenance Services: Proper maintenance
of computer systems and related equipment is the backbone of any computer company, particularly in an environment like Nigeria. The difference in computer performance in Nigeria is in the company offering back-up
support to it. In this respect, we can count on the presence of COMPAQ
and ZINOX in Nigeria. Investments in COMPAQ and ZINOX systems are well-protected
as the companies are committed to providing excellent warranty and repair/replacement services.
· Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) This is performed on regular monthly or quarterly basis during which all systems units, modules,
devices, etc. are checked and serviced as the case may be for continuous uninterrupted operations.
· Corrective
Service Program (CSP) - CSP is performed on call-basis at any time there is a breakdown affecting the
installations; either of a unit, a device or module, arising from any cause including but not limited to power failure, accident,
improper operation, software crashes and hang-ups. Support center will respond
and carry out the service within stipulated times that range from two (6) hours to twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of
fault calls.
· Turnkey Project - We carry out turnkey projects in Digital Document Repository, Hardware Computer
and Data Communications area, including consultancy, designing, configuring, sourcing, supplying, installation and commissioning
of systems to clients requirements and after sales support and maintenance of such installations.
· Facilities Management -
We manage, at the instance of our customers, their computer installations when they do not have adequate and sufficiently trained people to do the job. In this case, we usually second some
of our specialist(s) to the customer's site to work with and train customers personnel on site, until they are able to take
over the complete operations of the computer installations.
· Site Preparation - We carry out computer site preparation
for clients who are desirous of having a modular computer suite. This involves inspection of facilities; preparation of detailed
drawings of the Computer Centre; approval of site plans and drawings before the work commences. This service encompasses systems layout, electrical wiring and earthing; UPS capacity determination and
installation; installation of air-conditioners, fire-fighting systems, raised floor, suspended ceilings, trunking, power supply and access control security systems.
